Summer program pre-registration is open

Our Ready. Set. Summer! program will give every Tulsa student access to fun, engaging, and supportive summer learning experiences at no cost. The program includes free summer day-camps for students in all grades at their home schools. Our school-based day-camps will run from July 6 until July 30, and pre-registration is open now! Planning for the 2021-2022 school year

Thanks to the support of our federal stimulus funding, we are expanding access to out-of-school time activities for students by providing before- and after-care free of charge at every elementary school in our district during the 2021-2022 school year. Additionally, every student in our district will have access to tutoring in either virtual, one-on-one, or small group settings. Deadline for shifts between in-person and distance learning

The next deadline to shift your child between in-person and distance learning is Friday, March 12. Families who request a change by this date will have their students shift learning modes on Monday, March 22.

  • If you want to move your child from distance learning to in-person learning, log onto SmartChoice at enroll.tulsaschools.org and use the “Semester Two Commitment” form to select the in-person learning mode.
  • If you want to move your child from in-person learning to distance learning, log onto SmartChoice at enroll.tulsaschools.org and use the “Semester Two Commitment” form to select the distance learning mode.

Please be sure to use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the “welcome” screen to choose the 2020-2021 school year. There will be additional opportunities to shift your child’s learning mode in April and in May.

Calendar changes for 2020-2021 school year

We have made some important changes to the calendar for the 2020-2021 school year. The April intersession break was removed and replaced with regular instructional days. The last day of school will now be May 28, 2021. You can find our full calendar for the year at www.tulsaschools.org/calendar.
